Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services via Ninja Van and Pos Laju Malaysia (Sabah,Sarawak and Labuan). Pos Laju Malaysia is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact info@wanzar.com.my
Postage charges
a. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
East Malaysia – RM 7.50
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 15
For the first 1KG and subsequent additional gram is as per Ninja Van and Pos Laju Tariff Rate.
b. International Delivery

**Free Gift**
If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item (with tag attached) to another size for the same design, subject to our stock availability. Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, **exchange will be accepted within 7 days (for local) and 15 days (for international) of receipt. Sold item are not refundable. Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. Return and exchange can only be done once.
However, customers are advised to notify us at assist@wanzargroup.com by quoting the order number and the product details. Your email will be entertain in 48 hour and up to 72 hours during festive season. Your patient much appreciated!
