This role is responsible for managing the full design process from concept to production, ensuring innovative and high-quality fashion products aligned with the brand's identity (creative direction, collection development, technical design, product development, quality control, trend monitoring, photoshoot & campaign support)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, design, and development of seasonal collections from concept to final sample.
• Conduct,trend forecasting and market research to ensure designs are current, relevant, and commercially appealing.
• Develop design themes, mood boards, and color palettes aligned with the brand identity.
• Present design concepts and collection direction to management or creative team.
• Create detailed technical drawings, measurement specs, and construction guidelines.
• Work closely with pattern makers and sample teams to develop and refine prototypes. 
• Conduct fitting sessions and give feedback for revisions and improvements.
• Ensure high standards of fabric selection, construction, and finishing.
• Guide and mentor junior designers or interns, providing creative and technical support.

• Prepare cut patterns and sample.

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms (social media, website, email, ads).
• Create daily and weekly visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (e.g. feed posts, Reels covers, Stories, live banners).
