shipping policy

We offer domestic and international delivery services via Ninja Van and Pos Laju Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan).

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, excluding the Malaysian public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days (domestic) or 14–21 working days (international), please contact us at assist@wanzargroup.com.

Postage charges

1. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

• East Malaysia – RM 7.50
• Sabah & Sarawak – RM 15
  

For the first 1kg and subsequent additional gram is as per Ninja Van and Pos Laju Tariff Rate.

FREE shipping for orders above:

• Malaysia: RM200 above
• Singapore: RM600 above

2. International Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated based on UPS International postage rates, depending on destination country and parcel weight.

• Estimated delivery: 14–21 working days
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance
