store credit terms & conditions
Effective Date: 28th Sept 2026
- Store Credit is valid for eligible purchases on the Wanzar online store and all walk-in store. (Putra Heights, Bangi, Johor Bharu).
- Store Credit cannot be used for Pre-Order items or other deferred purchase options, in accordance with Shopify checkout restrictions.
- Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded as cash.
- Store Credit may be subject to expiry, minimum spend, product exclusions, or other conditions stated when issued.
- Store Credit may be adjusted or reversed in cases of incorrect crediting, refunds, cancellations, system errors, or unauthorised use.
- Promotional or goodwill Store Credit may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
- By using Store Credit, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and Wanzar’s applicable store policies.
- Wanzar reserves the right to amend these terms where necessary.
